Application for a listing in the 2014 Arts & Craft Fairs Directory
The Wisconsin Arts Board joined the Department of Tourism in 2011, and since then we have been working together to enhance the relationship between the arts and tourism. One of our collaborations is the creation and distribution of the popular Arts & Craft Fairs Directory.

Unfortunately, we are still unable to accept online submissions for the 2014 directory.
For the 2014 directory we ask that you click on this link for the PDF version of the application form and download and complete the form. You will be able to enter your information but you will not be able to save a copy of the form. Be sure to print out the form, making a copy for your files and then mail it to:

The deadline to submit your application is October 25, 2013. Listing fees are calculated according to a formula (Number of Exhibitors x Lowest Booth Fee x .025) with the amount (minimum of $25/maximum $250) sent to you by mail once we have received your completed application.
All art and craft fairs held in the state of Wisconsin and open to the general public are eligible for inclusion in the directory. In order to be included in the directory, event sponsors must submit a form AND a listing fee to the Wisconsin Department of Tourism.
We thank you for your patience this year as we work towards the long-term goal of streamlining the production of this directory. This is an important publication for both the arts community and tourism and we want produce it in a way that is efficient for you as well as our staff.
